AMBASSADOR FORM

In order to be considered for an ambassador spot, you must consent to the images from our photoshoots being used on social media and for marketing purposes. By submitting the below form, you agree to the above condition:

General rules:

-No call, no shows immediately disqualify you from future shoots.

-Regular cancellations will result in ambassador termination. If you have an emergency and contact me right away, that is not a big deal. But when someone repeatedly cancels, that takes away opportunities from other models and is a misuse of time.

-There are times when group shoots might take place, and respectful behavior towards everyone involved is a must.

-I will likely only use one or two models per concept, but don’t worry, I will make sure to utilize everyone equally throughout the year.

-As a reminder, I will post concepts in the ambassador group and you are absolutely allowed to turn down any that don’t seem like a good fit for you.

-You are allowed to bring a support person with to any photoshoot, but please limit it to 1 person as space could be limited and other models may not be comfortable with larger groups of people.

-You are absolutely allowed to work with anyone and everyone outside of our photoshoots. This is not an exclusive ambassadorship and you aren’t limited to only working with me.
